If an item that you are interested in is no longer in-stock at our warehouse and needs to be manufactured, we will notify you via email and provide the exact timeline and lead time.
If you wish to cancel the order (refund) or make other adjustments, please respond within 5 business days. If we do not receive any communication from the customer after 5 business days, we will proceed with the order and no refund will be possible.
Yes. For special sourcing requests on niche products, please visit our "Specialized Part Sourcing Requests" section. At the bottom, find "APEX77 JDM Niche/Special Sourcing." A portal is set up there to submit niche product requests. Please kindly enter all information in the fields and submit.
Once a niche product request has been submitted, our team will use our vast supplier network to connect with manufacturer. We will then send an email to you about the product information in details, including a custom quote.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Returns can be accepted only if the items are not installed, have all their original package and manual. All returns need to be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product. Return request must be submitted through the dedicated return portal. Once the request is sent, our team will gladly assist and approve or deny the return.
